Same story here. I worked out 5 days a week for 4 years, junior year in high school through sophomore in college. I drank 2 protein shakes a day for a large portion of that time and ate about 3000 calories a day on average. Never saw any significant weight or muscle gain. Needless to say, I gave up on working out. I know it can take a decade of working out to see real results, but I really didn't see even the slightest bit of results I was looking for.

Now I'm 6'4" and about 165lbs. Pretty damn skinny and my body fat was around 6 or 7 percent last time I was checked. Once that metabolism of mine runs out though.... I will be in trouble.
