Kakshi won't tnj Obito, like Jiraya didn't managa to tnj Nagato. Only Naruto can use that jutsu.

Besides, why would Kishi invest so much chapters/panels to build up a ideological/philosophical/etc. feud between Naruto and Obito to just take Obito away and have him tnj by Kakashi? Wouldn't make much sense...
