people always think Im mad and then ask me, "whats wrong!?" Then I get annoyed and snap so everyone thinks Im an ass because they cant mind their own business

This is basically true. If someone dresses like a homeless person, you're going to think certain things about them before actually knowing them. Same goes for a guy in a suit and tie. It's how we are.

I don't really judge people by appearance. I have no problem with what they wear to be honest. I'm usually a nice person in school as well.

Everybody judges based on appearances. It's a survival instinct.
But usually looking past the weirdness is rewarding. At least it has been for me.

In a good way and bad way. People see me as the kind and trustworthy woman I am, but my eyes make some uncomfortable. To quote my old classmates "that girl has freaky eyes, it's like she's seeing into my soul!" so yeah, I get judged.
