Just out of curiosity, do you consider yourself to be truly happy?

• If so, what is it that makes you happy?
• If not, what do you think could change that?

it depends on a lot of factors. one day I feel like the happiest person in the world. I dance and be silly at work and go out with classmates. then one day I might not get out of bed until 7 PM and ignore every call and text I get because I feel....down

I get sad when I feel lonely but my loneliness is of my own doing because I push ppl away sometimes. idk. I'm weird

I think i am happy, I have a good life, friends and a lot of experiences on my life, i have nothing to complain. I have my problems, but everybody has issues on their personal lives.

Some people tend to think that happiness is to be cheerful all the time, but no one is like that, unless they are crazy.

Otherwise, not so much.

That made me remember that be in love brings a new energy to life. I miss falling in love.

Being happy seems to be a mark of individuality. Each one of us is happy in his own way. Being happier than the other, or the happiest at one moment of time, or just simply happy for different reasons, i think is one's own sense of self preservation. You value yourself, naturally, instinctively selfish, subconsciously wanting things that would provide for your benefit because no one actually wants to be sad.

Personally though, I believe that no one can entirely be happy. Happiness since is an attitude, not a state to be achieved.

i feel like you cant really be truly happy, only thing thats constant in life is change

ive done a lot of awesome things so far in life chasing happiness. and in the end i can never be content, i always want to improve in some way or add to my life somehow, its never enough. only somethings and moments actually bring pleasure or joy, satisfaction. i feel lucky and grateful to know some people and things that at times can bring me happiness. but im not overall happy or sad, im a person that experiences things

change brings a moment of sadness because of loss despite potential gains. things never stay the same, you ought to lose things that once made you happy, it saddens you, you cope up with it and try to be happy. you move on with life but you dont forget since it's been a part of you. Happiness is an attitude to continue on struggles in life.

I'm just searching what real happiness is some would say having a career, money, wealth or having relationships ( i do understand that they can make you feel somewhat happy ) but i see people who've all that been unhappy so let's say I'm still in search of it .
