Are You Happy With NS Revolution?

To be honest I'm not pleased with this game.

Sure the Combo Ultimate Jutsu seems awesome but all it is its just pressing 3 buttons to watch a short movie that takes away your opponents health.

And the game is somewhat easier with counter attacks. From a strategic point of view this is not a fighter, it's just a senseless masher.

I grew up with games like Virtual Fighter, Guilty Gear and King of Fighters, at least make the game somewhat challenging.

It's all fan service, and as a fan I feel somewhat betrayed.

How the **** did you get revolutions so early?

I'm gonna get it for the same reason I bought every single DBZ fighter.

It may be a lesser fighting game but it just means that due to a low learning curve, it requires a bit more finesse and exploitation of frames and such. That's how it's always been.

My fav games are Tekken and Soul Calibur, and I still enjoy this game.

I can't wait to see what next Gen will offer for Naruto, but storm has been highly successful for an anime game. The new changes are a bit off but I like that it makes you strategize a bit. But there should be an option to play a classic style where all options are on the table. In general that change probably won't go over well with fans of the previous games..

Exactly. Few ppl actually take the time to exploit frame traps and such. Even fewer master it. (Pts konkuro tilt combo cancel) I wasn't aware the game came out already though.

I'm glad they split up the effects of the team bar. Makes teams less op.

I was hyped for the changes I thought they were gonna make but it's all the same.

At least makes combos sensible to the 3D environment, like;

Front Tilt = Mid Range Forward Attack
Back Tilt = Back Up Attack (Like Mifune's or Haku's Tilt)
Left or Right = Normal Tilt

Even this would make combat somewhat better. I hate to rely on substitution when im being hit.

Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is nothing like Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations because unlike Generations... Revolution is pretty much picking up where the last Ultimate Ninja Game left off, in Fact Revolution is practically Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.

Baiting you.
Rushing you down.

It is always spamming and sub I lose. Occasionally, you get those cowards who run too much.

Before I knew any better. Every single time I jumped in the air. I'd get super punished. By the time I hit the ground i'd have like 1 sub bar left.

At one point, I stopped using the jump button because every single Uchiha in the game are top tier in mid air combos and will demolish me.

Not anymore though. I now lose to having my sub bar played and getting punished for bad chakra engages.

I'm just waiting for a Naruto version of DBZ Tenkaichi 3. Where it has all the characters you could imagine in one fighting game and it has every single arc from part 1 to 2 and even all the movies and it's characters and villains that would be playable too. Imagine being able to play with Menma!?! I'm just waiting for that game to happen where it is fan service overboard
