Are you going to watch anime once the canonical material is covered?

The question is rather simple actually. It has been announced that the anime will continue even when it covers manga's material so my question is referred to following fillerish arcs. People are always complaining about how fillers get in the way while they wait for the canon material but once the canon material ends, they will not be able to complain about fillers anymore. What will you do?

Depends on the quality of the filler arcs, if those fillers are going to be as bad as lets say the fillers of Bleach, I rather miss it than wasting my time on it.

I agree with that. Judging actually by the first episode of this new filler arc, it looks really promising. In fact the reason I like very much some well done filler episodes like today's, is because they they emphasize a lot in the political motives, a subject which is essential since we talk about countries. Also, seeing Konoha actually doing something while Naruto wasn't there is also a pleasant suprise because it shows that Naruto is only a part of Konoha, not Konoha himself.

I like fillers tbh. I've read the manga and if the fillers are well written, I enjoy them because they add more depth to the series. Sure I'd love to watch the Madara VS Guy battle but I can easily wait!

I'd honestly prefer to see Gai stomp Madara into the ground any day, but as long as the fillers have some action like the NSUNSR filler, I'll enjoy it.

Once chapter 699 is shown, I will probably stop watching, but it depends on what they're about.

I'll be suckered into watching filler episodes if they star my favorite characters. I won't be really actively keeping up with it but if I hear about anything that interests me, I'll be giving the eps a shot.

Fillers such as this episode always done more correctly with providing interesting plot that are relevant to the main canon storyline with also expanding the world building giving more insight to the ninja world that would allow us to appreciate more , and give more variety of characters development that were neglected in the Manga which I'm sure that not everything always have to revolve around Naruto&Sasuke.
