yes i agree on some of this statement but the fact that there is a site like this to call home and log on after a day work is good i love the site and though yes it might like in quality it is still a word or top class forum appreciate the site please yes those are your view i get it but refrain from sayinh the site is shit that is bad man that is my adviceAre mods lazy

There's no point in flaming NB's mods and stuff for all these.
Perhaps, time has changed, but i guess a place is only as good as the people in it. If you don't really know the people here since they're new to the site, then perhaps it won't be as fun as when you had many friends on the site in the past. Maybe if you get to know the new members better, things will change for the better?
Although i do agree that flaming has become too common a sight nowadays..
Lastly, Mods can't be 24/7 on NB. So you can't expect them to be always doing stuff that is required(which is alot) on time regularly. Just saying.

Well it's hard being a mod. I was asked to be a mod in another forum but I turned it down because of the commitment that I would have to put in.
Okay so there ar thousands of noobs. Count me in as one of them. It's a public forum. A place where people with similar interest can share experience. It's not a professional sports team. I just like talking to people on the instanets because its fun and youlearn stuff about people. Cross culture interaction brings understanding and tolerance. Only if you're willing to be humble about it..

Good people? hah, very few. And your right, i cannot expect one person to be on 24/7. But why would the mod's all have the same time-zones. and if they don't, what are they doing. There's just ton's of work building up for a return....

First of all, I can only stay alive if certain basic needs are fulfilled daily. Most of those needs, if not all of them, aren't free. With this simple logic I think you can understand why I consider it more important to study for my final exams, which will lead to good grades, which will lead to a diploma, which will lead to a job, which will lead to money, than to spend all my time checking customs for your own personal gain.
I already promised that I would check all the customs within a week or so and you still find the way to whine about it? Lol.

The only thing I really agree with, that Im going to take out of context here, is the part where you mentioned, if you cant do your job, pass it on to someone who is qualified to do your job for you.
That goes for everything really, most of the members here who try to keep it alive know who the active & non active members(including staff) are. There just comes a line that you draw when considering what is "active" or "inactive" from your perspective. To consider someone who is taking time out to get their priorities straight while still coming online to NB to handle Mod, duties (And actually doing them) even if its on a minuscule level, inactive is just your negligence to what matters in life. There are those out there who come online and dont do anything, or even half as much as others from the outside looking in but I dont see you calling them out because now would be the time.
I dont worry myself with the things the staff puts up with, because If I didnt like it here that much I would have left a long time ago. As thats not the case, I just ride it out as any member with patience would.
Aside form that, it wouldnt hurt to have an extra set of hands around the forum so that we are not always relying on those that have more important duties at hand. If you wanted to get that point around then It's best that you have said it like that instead of making a complete ass out of yourself man. U_U
