after seeing tbb minato invented a whole new level jutsu called rasengan... he is the creator of rasengan, not copied it from tbb... only genius like minato can do this
if you still think minato copied then there is no ninja who has their own move cause SO6P is the creation of all things so all shinobi copy him...

Well, Tobirama did correct Naruto by saying that the Yondaime Hokage was copying him, and not the other way around.
It really doesn't matter whether Minato had original techniques or not, he still got far by improving upon Tobirama's jutsu.

Well, I won't repeat facts about his original justsus from previous comments which I agree with... U_U
Everyone does that.
Minato made the TBB his original creating Rasengan.
Naruto made Rasengan his original by creating Rasenshuriken.
Sasuke made Amaterasu his original by creating Enton.
And the list goes on...
