You may want to have one for discussions and one for the RP. Just don't let them interact in any way and there should be no problem. You can't shouldn't use the second account when on is banned, however.

same here, old one was made 2009, but I started using other account I made for my mate ''this one'' but still I think you can't have two active accounts

Every time you create a new account you add a new record to the user table in the vb database. Every member record has approximately 130 cells (I'm sure NB has more with all of the add-ons and plugins). Out of the box, the vb database is around 19.5MiB. OPB's database at 1000 members was 175.6MiB. NB has 153,945 members. Do the math.
It takes up space whether you use the account or not, and it slows down admin searches as well as the forum.
So, in summary, every time you create an alt account you slow down the forum and take up resources that you aren't using. There is no valid reason to create one, so don't do it.

Well, there is no rule that prohibits you from making alternate accounts. However, its not making alts that is a problem. The problem is what you do with those alts. Using them for the following is not allowed and may lead to punishments on your main accounts:

-Trolling
-Rep abuse
-Kumi abuse
-Spying on Villages
-Exchanging CJs from one account to the other
-If you are a sensei or senpai, training your own alt
-Using alts to bypass the multiposting rule or spam
-While having your main account banned, logging in on your alternates or making them to access the site while banned.

All of these aren't allowed. Also, in a more personal note, there is no legitimate reason to make an alternate account on NB unless you want rule breaking actions or to fool others for some weird purpose. So, best thing to do is not to do them and nothing good comes from them.
