I've had occaisions where I find it difficult to admit defeat and say I'm wrong, but for the most part when someone provides a solid point I can't counter I admit it.

I consider myself to go by facts. I don't really like debates that's mostly opinionated, because then there can't be a real end result to it. (it's not a real debate.)
