i am. in the communities i grew up in, i had to learn early to be. people try to take advantage of you or try and take your kindness for weakness. i never wanted to be a victim so i never let fear stop me

even though it wasnt always easy to be. im glad now looking back because i probably wouldnt have made it as far as i have if i gave into fear
