Edit: let's say all the men and all the women on planet earth were decided and put on two identical continents with nothin but the clothes they have on and left there for 1000's of years. Reproduction is done all in a lab so there's no need for the other gender in order to reproduce (don't ask how). Which group would advance and prosper faster or better?

It all matters on the individual and their own talents. A strong and athletic woman can kick a weak and out of shape man's ass.

Similarly women can also be more knowledgeable than certain men on numerous topics.

While genetically men's bodies might be predisposed to acquire larger amounts of muscles and testosterone that doesn't automatically deem males superior.
