No...FK NO. You ppl overestimate Naruto and you're doing it now. He shouldn't be top ten because he only uses one power and nj rasengan and fox powers...do you know how annoying that is?

Naruto is the main character in the manga and he stands easily in top 10 anytime. Also Kishi has developed Naruto as a character who does not have talent to learn by theories or talk. Naruto learns only by live experience or I would say physically/practically instead of theoritically. Also he has deceptive skills whihc he uses very well in battles. Thats why Naruto learns with each fight and then implement it in next fight. He is not a genius to quickly understand the enemy's weaknesses and attack on it directly like Minato. He takes time to learn and then he uses it properly.
