So I was reading through the novels, and I noticed this. It says Ten Ten Taijutsu was superior compared to what I'll assume; the shinobi in Konoha bar Gai, Lee and Guy. Honestly, this make sense as she was trained by the greatest Taijutsu master. It's sad we never really got to see what she can do, no thanks to Kishimoto preference to center the story on Naruto, Sasuke, and the Uchiha.

TenTen don't need no taijutsu when she have sage weapons. And it wasn't because of Kishi but his editor's. They shaft most of his ideas.

The novel actually flesh out her character a bit. She has an interesting story between that tomboyish attitude.

Will never downplay Tenten. The anime and movies really let her shine, she saves the K11's asses a couple times in the third film and she's probably one of the better support ninjas as shown in the New Chunnin Exams. She can summon any kind of utility, not just weapons! Making her a really useful ninjas to have with you.

An army of flying knives and swords isn't a fun thing to face either. She got a reputation as a joke character only because of how little she was used in the early days...but when you get a story where she gets the limelight- she's really capable.

My 3rd fav character when i used to play the ultimate ninja series. Her ultimate jutsus especially in UN4 were awesome.



Shame she wasn't relevant at all in the series.

This right here. Kishimoto never had much time for her outside the war but everyone else makes her real fun.

Like most of the NV females, she was underdeveloped and badly written. Tenten definitely got the worst of it though, but with that being said. . .
