[Discussion] Are we making too many vs threads?

It seems like it happened recently(and I don't wanna point fingers) that a lot more vs threads are popping up in the OP section then they used to. Between August 14th and now we've had 17 vs threads made. 14 were made between 7/23 and 8/13. 10 6/18-7/20. It seems like the further back you go into the OP threads the less VS titles you see. Does anyone else feel like there's too many vs threads being made lately.

No. More activity in this section is always welcome and thread waves come every Thursday. Only thing I would like is more interesting threads aside from fights.

True and I didn't wanna start a thing between the Naruto section and the OP section but I've noticed they love the vs in Naruto sections so I assumed it had a lot to do with more of them giving OP a serious shot now Naruto ended.

Basically this. And people who ran out of other ideas. And people who want to be on the top 5 but resort to starting a bash/flame thread.

Yeah, there's too many as of lately. It is fun but there's a lot more interesting things in OP than just it's power scaling. I visit the OP reddit from time to time, it's good.
