Like without us being aware of it, are we really looking for opposing forces in the world?

Like, we fight for what we think is right but if there was nothing to fight against we would just make something up because we can't not be against something.

I used to be suspicious of people before, now I'm not suspicous of them cus I know there are worse people out there, it was as if when I didn't know about those people I was still looking for them in others.

What do you think? Do we have som psychological need to find evil in the world?

I think the reason why some people actively look for something to hate is that it cures boredom and insecurities. The more we get, the more we want because we soon realize that it can't make us happy. If somebody else has that, then they'll hate that person until they get it.

Obviously not everybody is like that though, but the majority of people I met are similar to that. Reasons vary to why we look for hate LOL. Maybe it's because when we hate something, it'll motivate us to get something better and that's why we feel it lol
I basically just repeated myself but that's okay

I bet if atheists lived in a world without religion they would suffer....Cus they need religion to exist so they can be against it...

It might be replaced with something new though. I think religious people would be the ones 'suffering' (although if it never existed in the first place, so they wouldn't be hurt by it), atheism is just something that denies it and goes on with their life lol

Oh rip I just saw the last part

The human condition is most strange, we are a paradox in and of ourselves. We have a conscience and appreciate the goods, yet we envy that which others have. We have desires, yet fight against them or give into them.

And yes Atheists are at times miserable and will be miserable without religious people. Religious people have something to look forward to, at times behave better than they normally would, know they will meet God. While the atheist that think on a deeper level are generally haters. They give rise to people like Karl Marx, wanting to force equality and strip him and of their free will. They will need to break the humans to accept the ideology and that requires force. If religious people and personal rights granted by God didn't exist, I would hate to see the world Athiests will create.

Having said that Atheism itself is a religion a set of beliefs held by individuals so the concept of religious people to refer to those who believe in God is flawed, so..

Trust me being an atheist is not the same as being religious.
