Are uses of Parallels in Naruto creative or repetitive? Naruto represents too much?

In your opinion do you think it is creative by Kishi to use parallels in the series or plain repetitive?
Well let's take a look at the parallels:
Naruto=Obito, Jiraiya, Hashirama, Minato, SO6P
Sasuke=Kakashi, Orochimaru, Madara, Elder Son
Sakura=Rin, Tsunade, Mito, Kushina

Do you think that Naruto represents too many people? That the parallels or just repetitive? Or are they creative?

It was cute in Part 1. It was a creative choice in the first half of Part 2. Now its down right annoying.

I know that Naruto and Sasuke represent the past. That's been told over a over again. It really pisses me off when Kishi goes as far as to make (as an example) Hashirama and Madara seem similar to Naruto and Sasuke. We've already seen that kind of friendship. Its not new anymore. Give us original personalities. That's what makes characters unique, are their individual differences to other characters. Part of that difference are the stories to be told about them.

Yes and no. I think with each application of a parallel, it goes deeper and deeper in to the character.

For instance. For Naruto it would go like this: Jiraiya---Minato---Hashirama----Obito---Rikudou

Jiraiya for being his Godfather and their personalities being similar on their respective teams. Minato is his father, both adept in battle but carefree outside. Hashirama for the Will of Fire. Obito being basically the opposite of Naruto and what Naruto would have been had he given in to the hatred. And Rikudou as the most clear now given he is his reincarnation and his love towards to the Bijuu's mirrors Rikudou's.

I think it is gradual parallelism. It is quite easily established but we know enough to make these parallels. We don't need wasted panels of characters comparing Naruto/Sasuke to others. I can understand why people would fuss over that.

I think a little Hint like sannin parallel was cute and cool; but all these sage-Naruto, Uchiha-Senju etc. Parallels are too much for reasons such as:

-Getting repetitive and predictable in a level makes the things stop being intriguing.
-"Destiny" getting brought due to unavoidable repetations. "Fight against your destiny" concept is already Thrown out of window; now it is getting even more trashed.
-Originality dies.
-Litterly made everyone who is not related to sage irrevelant and unimportant. How can i even believe a character like Lee somehow important? Because he won't since he is not sage's relative or can pull out powers related to him.

To be fair, Kakashi doesn't have any relations to the sage yet he's quite important.

Well; he got that sharingan though.

And he is main character's sensei and main antogonist's old friend. Kishi needs an exclusive effort to make someone like him irrevelant. Gai is more irrevelant than Tobirama currently; and he is one of the few ones who has past and relation to Obito. Or Bee can stand in sidelines; despite being a jin. And Sakura...she was suppose to be a main character; but she seem more misplaced to story than the guys like Hashirama, Nagato, Itachi; who are suppose to be side characters.

Only sannin parallel is good .
Other such as elder son, younger son, madara, hashirama parallels are needed.

That is true. If the relationship between Gai and Obito was anything like the one between Lee and Naruto, then Gai needs to have a larger role in this battle.
