Still very powerful. We have to take into consideration how Fugaku's Clan was powerful enough to shift the entire power dynamic of the entire village, so obviously the Uchiha are very powerful without their Mangekyo due to naturally having a powerful chakra and the Sharingan.

If they did'nt have MS, then definately they will hone their skills on ninjutsu and developing other techniques, they will be kage level, itachi was taking a dump on orochimaru with 3 tomoe, deidara, kurenai etc, his 30 percent clone was fighting 4 ninjas with just sharingan, madara as a kid was already taking care of shinobis (adult senjus) and can use sharingan copying ability more

Even so the Uchiha are stronger in ninjutsu regardless. What I mean is if an elite Uchiha were to use Water Style and a an elite Senju used Water Style, the Uchiha's would be much more damaging.

On the opposite spectrum, even though the Uchiha have more potent chakra the Senju can take far more damage due to their high endurance. So they can take what the Uchiha can dish out.

No it more like uchiha is more potent than the average ninja but senju have more chakra and stamina
