What you need to do is to get off your high horse and to come down to reality. Just because people disagree with your opinion does not make it ok for you to act morally upright

They are still the gender they were born with. However, due to psychological issues, they will see thenselves as transgender. Now and then they have to deal with the fact & memories, that they were not always a different gender. They have to accept their insecurity

That's your interpretation but it's not far from what I meant. Studies have shown that a high number of these people already have a diagnosed mental illness. It's a case of diagnostic over shadowing. The root of the problem lies with their primary condition - self perception and mental I stability. Offering these patients surgery is like a putting a bandage to a deep wound. Psychological therapy - particularly cognitive behavioural theory could be really more effective. Further more, at least here in he UK, I have read that a high level would want the surgery reserved.

There have been loads of studies proving this, particularly from Hopkins university which started the research into gender surgery in the 70s. Anyway one of the most resounding evidence against it comes from the biggest longitudinal study into the topic published in 2011 in Sweden. Read about it here

T-Girls are still good girls albeit they come with a penis not Vagina.
I know some guys who like T-girls over regular girls.

Yes they still are. I believe they still have to take medication for hormones. But does it really matter? Do transgender people just want to be categorized like other people?
