Are those stones floating???

Hey all
today i read from chapter 599 to 604 and i just realized those smashed stones from the ground are floating in the air for many pages and i am asking why ?( and im asking this cuz im bored xD)

I heard somebody said that the moon is cracking because the ten tails is being summon. IMO it doesn't make any sense because why would all the rocks be falling in that one area. Other than that i have no idea

BTW they are floating for a reason, not a dramatic effect, the Juubi is being revived, the Juubi's power which obviously has something to do with the Rinnegan's gravitational abilities is making them do that
