I am wondering if they have a tv in naruto . They cud , as it shown in that pic but naruto looks old . I mean there are no cars , motorbikes , cycles or anything like that , they walk it evreywhere .

I do know they have TVs for communication, but not for recreation. One has to wonder what a small child is doing with one of those
