Before I get into my thought in the movie I'll first say this will contain spoilers. Also want to Pat myself on the back on calling most of what was going to happen in movie. The only things I didn't predict was the plot was they were swapping bodies with them. Also thought the cop at the end was going to arrest or shoot the protagonist.
When I first hearing people's commentary of the movie people were saying how realistic it was and I got to be for real the voice of that fat black guy is me. I think behind every neighborhood behind closed doors freaky shit happens and I more so think it's freakier for rich people. I also think a lot of rich people have secret *** slave rings and there are secret society of rich cannibals.
Besides that fact of me connecting with the movie in that perceptive I didn't find the movie scary and I was expecting the movie to have some deep meaning which I don't think it really has.
The premise of the movie is good and really peele could of went balls to the wall in this movie but I found it awkwardly put together.
If I was still a teenager this might be the greatest thing I've seen but being grown it was an alright movie. Everything just seemed bland they could of atleast went django unchained in ending.
I'm not sure if people are over hyping it or I'm not seeing something but I really saw peele had an opportunity to either give a story real substance message or give a real black horror movie but I think he failed in both departnents.
