Looking at the last panel, does this show that they are under a genjutsu, or maybe IT?
If obito was in IT, wouldn't he dream about saving his friends and being with rin? Alone?

This whole manga is a genjutsu we've just been watching someone's IT dream that Kaguya caught originally. Like how we saw people's dreams in IT already, the whole manga is that.

Tbh i think the gravitational change is perfectly planned out genjutsu.

The eye is used to teleport everybody in the gravity dimension. She is not controlling any gravity. Rather, the gravity is a feat of the dimension, and everybody is facing it including Kaguya. If she can control gravity, then why is she pinned down.
