Oh I know that average people were informed, but these average people KNOW about info-wars and the alt-right and all of the political movements and battles that took place that led us to this point. Your average person still knows very little, and I think it's safer that way, for only a small amount of people to want to be informed. Mo people mo problems.

Thats were your wrong. United, people are more powerful than any government. People can unite around the truth. People can't unite if their uninformed and thats the greatest tool the elite have at their disposal.

Thats the reason it was illegal to teach a slave how to read. With knowledge he could free himself. We are all modern day slaves to a economic political system and as with the former slaves in America, the only way humanity gains freedom is to become informed and unite.

We're not being forced to believe lies, people are choosing not to gain knowledge and learn more. This cycle of only a small amount of special people in the normal populous being aware and involved will continue for a long time. You and I are aware, there was no one threatening to cut our heads off if we became aware. People are choosing to ignore it.

People won't learn from history unless history hits them. We care less about it the further away it is from us which is why the cycle continues.

I think the point of these is the fact that basic questions can't be answered. An acceptable one would be what year was the declaration of independence signed, or which European country was the first to colonize the world.
Well what might be a basic question to you might not be a basic question to someone else. It's impossible to expect an entire nation to know every single fact about its nations history. That is a true fact for any country(Besides like North Korea, lol). The point of the video is to try to skew the opinion of the viewer to think, "Oh these people are idiots and I'm so brilliant." I guarantee most of the people in the thread that watched the video did not know the answer to every single one of those questions. If that's the case, doesn't that make them stupid as well?

The trick questions were just pointless, the one with the doctor and accident was easy, but the others didn't mean anything. I see your point, but some people don't even know what nation triggered WW2 or who was involved in it. The historical questions that are asked are never too difficult, and that's what makes these videos sad.

I agree no one is being forced to be believe lies but if all you expose yourself to is lies than thats what your going to believe.

Also due to the enormous leap in technology you can't compare people today even with those from 20 years ago. 20 years ago it was alot harder to get information than it is now. As access to information gets easier and times get harder, more people than ever before will become aware and take action.

Why would it make it sad? You're saying that as if you didn't know people lacked intelligence? There will always be a fraction of any population that is ignorant to history. How is that sad in the slightest? It's unfortunate, I'd agree, but not sad because it has to be someone. Be grateful it's not you.

I'm utter trash at math so I wouldn't consider it a lack of intelligence that's the cause of the wedge. Most of my friends that are uninformed and refuse to be informed are smarter than me when it comes to math and stuff like that, but I've always been good with language and words so I guess I can't complain.
