If so does this mean that not all Uchias are Black on Black in terms of hair and eyes.
I seen that one pic of the Uchiha clan with the pinked haired guy in the background, but I think that was mostly anime

Those seriously aren't Obito's, but Rin's parents. Obito just wanted a baby pic of Rin (since the parents are holding a baby Rin).

In the databook it says that Rin came from an ordinary family and wanted to make her parents proud by becoming a medic/ help the shinobi world that way, while Obito was an orphan and thus didn't know his.
