I'm pretty sure I've seen him use it a few times without spinning
It's what you call an upgrade. Likely he does it so fast that it's actually not needed to be seen on panel or Oda simply doesn't bother anymore to draw it in every and each panel he should use them, basically like gear second or soru for example. Gear second needed Luffy to pump his blood many times before, but we don't see it anymore. Soru requires to hit the ground 10times to be used, but it's never seen. Diable jambe actually makes sense due to the frictions created by multiple impacts. It's the hell memories thing i'm questionable about

HM is for comic relief right?
It's what i thought first until he used it against Wadatsumi, so no it's a higher end attack of his. He even said it later

I think in animation, there's a few times he was shown spinning, and sometimes wasn't. We agree that Sanji must have done it faster than before, so with such theory i guess it won't bother much if we weren't exposed with a few technicalities of his move.

PS (off-topic): Idk where i've seen it but i still remember there's a time Sanji lights up his cigarette using the bottom side of his shoe. When or where was it..... (-_-)" couldn't remember...

Diable Jambe and Asura and other superhuman abilities without devil fruits could be haki related.

Using haki without knowing you're using haki doesn't mean you control haki in part 1. That would explain why he doesn't burn himself when he is on fire.

DJ could be CoA and Asura is an illusion and could be CoO related. We've also seen people with fire swords and lightning swords in the war of the best, that would explain the weird abilities, If haki could be used like nen in HxH, with different kind of branches of practical uses.

So you don't think that with a higher level of observation you can see more ? Maybe even stuff from other realms ?

Maybe when Zoro goes in full rage mode like against Kaku his CoO is overflowing because he isn't controlling it enough anymore which enables people like Kaku to see Zoro's demons.

OR !

Maybe the illusions are always there and he uses CoA to solidify them and making them able to do damage.

Either way, I think that there is more to abilities like that than just 'Yeah Zoro can do cool illusions and Sanji can go super saiyan.' Luffy's red hawk was explained with haki too, with the friction and all, and the haki protected his arm from burning himself. Sanji might be using the same trick, but on his leg.

Thats a cool idea. But if it becomes chakra or nen that will be to far.
Just leave it at that.
