are the animes "saint seiya: lost cavas" and "saint seiya omega" worth watching?

i've heard that there are characters from saint seiya that are stronger than DBZverse so im curious

for those who've seen these anime can you tell if the story is good? hows the action? the plot? which should i watch first?
