however, they do not, nor were they supposed to in the past, have equal levels of combat prowess.

Tsunade specializes in tactical support & medicine, Jiraiya in frontline guerilla tactics & espionage while 0ro prefers dark arts supplementation & creating a personalized militia.

Hashirama can break Orochimaru's control as an edo tensei. Orochimaru could just nerf hashi like he did before, but why go through the trouble when you got 3 badass Hokages already. He could probably restore Hiruzen back to his prime aswell. Like what Kabuto did for Madara.

I think jiraiya was the strongest sannin. He is one of the most versatile ninja in the entire series. Add sage mode on top of that, and he is nearly unstoppable. Pro has Edo, but his edo is not that great compared to auto, that we know of anyways. Remember old man hiruzen, beat hashi and Tobi edo's. Oro has great healing capabilities though. But sundae is def last. Also toads are the best summons by far. Slugs fall in last.
