I think after the war he will lose the power up, but still be Hokage with his normal eyes.
But it would be very cool if there is a way he can keep the sharingans even obito said it is temporary.
If this happens i think he will be able to activate and deactivate the sharingans when ever he want, but then he will be to powerful, so kishi will unfortunately downgrade him again.
