Next week will only be chapter 628.
Week after that is "golden week", meaning no WSJ ( weekly shounen jump, Naruto, One Piece, bleach etc).
Week after that is 629

There will only be one chapter next week. 'Double Issue' is a WSJ magazine that is released for 2 weeks. So if next week is a Double Issue 22-23, then that means the following week after that chapter, there will be no WSJ magazine due to holidays (Golden Week of May). So we had no Naruto this week, next week we will have Naruto, but it will be back on break after that again.

No, double-issue means it'll be released half as often, not twice as often. Only one magazine comes out in a span of two weeks. The fact that the issue has two numbers assigned to it (so that the issue number always matches the number of weeks in the year) is what makes it a double issue.
