Are the Mangekyo Sharingan's techniques overpowered?

Amaterasu, Kamui, Susano'o, and many other Mangekyo techniques are very powerful, but they come with special set of risks. If the user doesn't have an EMS then the Mangekyo-user would eventually go blind. A sever price to use the powerful techniques.

mangyeko sharingan techs were the haxest untill people with high intellect like minato for example showed that u could still beat them

yea ms techs r awesome but they r what we call double edged swords

The mangekyou sharingan is, in my honest opinion, underrated and underpowered. Kishi really made it weak.

Only worthy mangekyou sharingan is Sasuke's due to it's fast growth through battle.

Madara's mangekyou sharingan is rather useless because we have yet to see any unique abilities from him [aside from sus]

Obito and Itachi/Sauske

Only have good mangeykos

Sishui and Izuna/Madaras aren't that great.

I also don't understand why they each get unique techs.
