Are the likes of Minato, Tobirama, and Itachi out of the Top 10?

With the introduction of so many new powerups and strong characters lately (8 gates Gai, Ashura/Indra, etc.) does this definitively take Minato, Tobirama, and Itachi out of their elite Top 10 stature? As of maybe 5-6 chapters ago, I think the Top 10 would've look something like this

1.) Madara
2.) Juubito
3.) Hashirama
4.) Naruto/Sasuke
5.) Sasuke/Naruto
6.) Nagato
7.) Kabuto
8.) Minato
9.) Itachi
10.) Tobirama

But now, with so many OP characters, where do you think they stand? Give your Top 15 in the comments I have a feeling this thread will be deleted soon, so let me know what you guys think!

Also, side question; Do you think 8 gates Gai can beat a FTG user? I would definitely rank him higher than Minato & Tobirama on the current scale, but does his speed match the speed of the epic space-time jutsu? Does it matter? [+ Rep for anyone who puts up a well supported argument for either side.]

no he's not faster then ftg and not including kaguya and sages sons yea i would put one, some, or all of them in top 10

Itachi was never top 10. Neither was Tobirama really. Minato as a jinchuuriki was top 10, but he has been debunked. My top 10 is:

1. Kaguya
2. Hagoromo
3. Rikudou Madara
4. 10 tails Obito
5. Naruto/Sasuke
6. Hashirama/Indra/Ashura/Hagoromo's brother

There are too many candidates for the 7-10 slots. Plus, I technically already listed 10 people up above.

I feel like you're missing Orochimaru and possibly Hiruzen, if you're gonna have Kabuto on the list, who is awesome btw, I feel like you should have Orochimaru too, sure Kabuto achieved DSM and Orochimaru didn't but that was because he couldn't use his hands which he can now, and also the amount of Jutsu Orochimaru knows probably trumps everyone but Hiruzen, even if Kabuto tried I can't see him beating Oro... imo

Like 5 OP characters? So you mean like Kaguya, Hagoromo, his brother, Ashura, Indra, and (why the hell not, this is daring) Spiral Zetsu? (I know he doesn't beat any of them but it's the principle.) There are a lot of new OP characters; that's the point of this thread.

Yeah, I'm not sure how many of them can be added due to their lack of feats. Some people argue that Indra having PS and Ashura having that weird Bijuu cloak is enough to put them in Top 10 but that's not really enough for me. That's why I wanna see where people place these characters now!

Kabuto > Orochimaru. I made my list based on feats. Kabuto possesses the power of all the Sound 5, Team Taka, and even Orochimaru himself's power. Plus, Oro has never shown DSM which alone sets Kabuto above him at this point.
