Are the Hyuga ever going to Change after the war?

I'm not trying to start a bash thread, but the Hyuga really grind my gears with the segregation between clansmen. Also it annoyed me that the only way for Neji to be really free is by death, this applies to all of the other Branch members. I would appreciate it if you gave your thoughts.

Naruto said: "When I become Hokage I will change Hyuga!"

So if there is a part three, it will change. However, the battle between Naruto and Neji have already lead to social changes within the clan that will lead the way to change!

The whole ninja world right now is preparing itself for change, nothing is done yet...

That is true, but even she doesn't use it too much. He probably did it to remind his fans that he didn't forget the Byakugan and forgot about it the moment she deactivated it.

She used the Byakugan just a few chapters ago against Naruto's clones.It just isn't effective for anything besides 360 degree vision and pin point accuracy.

Kaguya doesn't really have all three dojutsus. Her third eye is just a variation of the Rinnigan, like Sasuke's. People under her Genjutsu even get the gray Rinnigan.

I'm sure the Hyuga will get focus in the New Era Project with Hamura and all.
