Are the 5 kages dead

tsunade will die saving them, oonoki may die as well though
tobirama or hashirama will be there when she dies or right after her last breath....
the3 leaf village or someother shinobi will want to examine her body for tips on how to beat madara
or look for some info on his potential weaknesses..
