Like in 100 years in the future, if people are more progressive and stuff will they look back at SJW as ahead of their time? Or will they be forggoten as nonsense?

It depends on what you consider to fall under SJW. To some, it's pretty much people who defend the bare minimum such as respect for the gay or go up against racism. To others, it's the extreme people who argue in favor of one group(women, blacks) at the cost of others(men, whites) or believe much more things to qualify as racism, sexism, and many more isms & phobics to come. Since nobody takes group 2 seriously, I don't think they'll have any real impact that could be used to trail back to them.

Group 1 is forever relevant though since equality is an unending goal to achieve and maintain. Specific comments may not be remembered, but the sentiments expressed will definitely be remembered and thought on highly as they would be the basis of a progressive society.

SJW believe that descriminating against individuals in the name of creating justice for "the whole" and that can never be justice, they want equality of outcome and that have nothing to do with justice...

Justice is about everyone, the individual... so if you are willing to sacrifice the rights or wellbeing of the individual then you are not a force of justice.
