Are Shisui & Obito brother? What do you guys think?

Well i kanda want to start a discussion(had enough of this why is tobi obito theards), why u guys may think Shisui & Obito could be brothers~ would Shisui is around the Age of Itachi, so if Obito was his brother he would be around 3 or 4 when Obitos " got crushed ".
Yeah they were some theories about it already, but im just guessing, why Tobi/Obito did not want to give Kabuto the DNA of Shisui for Edo Tensei, and why he was so angry about this damaged Eye. Was is really because of this sepcial Genjutsu or maybe was there a bigger motive like getting his own EMS?
