Are sasuke and tobi ditching each other?

It just came into my mind.
sasuke joined with tobi bcoz he wants to revive uchihas. But tobi wants to rule the world for peace.
moreover, the latest naruto talk with sasuke somewhat convinced sasuke. Is he planning a game against tobi. Also when sasuke put on itachi's eyes, he started killing the zetsus just for fun which tobi would not like.
