Are Sasuke and Naruto Kage Level?

I guess...since Naruto and sasuke both defeated a kage (Danzo and third raikage) in battle...i think that yes, they are kage level, Sakura on the other side...not.

Didn't mention her lolz shes not even close IMO

Naruto was kage level the moment he surpassed Jiraya; since Jiraya was asked to be kage in part 1.
