Are Samurais good as Shinobi?

We saw just samurai army where are the most samurais fodders.
But do you think some samurais are good as shinobi for example Mifune?

I think if samurais train a lot and their speed is on highest level they are good as or better than shinobi..

No, Hanzo was a different man when he fought the Sannin. He was 10x weaker when he was an Edo. Pain and Mifune said he was weaker because he lost his way, then Hanzo even admitted it. Besides, the Sannin weren't in their prime when they fought Hanzo, they had none of their stronger jutsu.

im sure they are as strong, they train as much but just use chakra differently.
plus they wear masks, im sure they carry poison or something. i know its becoming more common but only advanced ninjas lace their weapons w/ chakra and all the samarai against sasuke knew how, he was just stronger plus had the sharrigan
