Kakashi the same, He's has one of the fastest base speeds in the manga, and he has been constantly praised for it , by tobi, nagato etc.. and STILL, couldn't move an inch.. he said his ONLY option was kamui.. he couldnt even bring up an earth wall because its too fast..

Apparently there's no such thing as clones and substitutions in the manga anymore. Oh and before you go saying clones and subs can't be used without handsigns, it's been shown otherwise plenty of times.

Exactly. If Tobirama could just "behead"("one-shot") every ninja he came across, then he would've told Hashirama to step aside in their battle against Madara, no? He would've single-handedly "one-shot" Kinkaku and Ginkaku, no?

The only character with enough evidence to be able to "one-shot" someone in the manga is Minato. He's done so on many occasions. Until someone else shows this feat, Sasuke cannot guarantee a one-shot kill.

With the many advantages that Sasuke has over Tobimara. I don't see how Tobimara can defeat Sasuke in a 1-on-1. Just because Tobimara might have taken down Uchiha's in the old days with normal- ms sharingans doesn't mean he can beat Sasuke who is a wielder of the EMS.
