The 2nd Hokage has a jutsu you have not seen. He can teleport similar to the 4th hokage. It's a Space Time jutsu.
So, theoretically, yes. You can go the same speed as the raikage which is slower than the 4th hokage.

I honestly didn't notice it, and i had to re-read the chapter to finally understand your point of view and it seems you were right. It's indeed Hashirama, not Tobirama who created the pressure

In my [opinion], Tobirama would slaughter Sasuke. Most of Sasuke's opponents have been petty, pawns with identity problems. Only exceptions being Killer Bee and Itachi. We are talking about the Nidaime Hokage. He will not, even for one second play around or hesitate to kill someone. He grew up in times of constant war and death. He wouldn't try and reason with him, or ay around to show how great he is... He would just kill him as fast as possible. He knows how deadly the EMS is and wouldn't waste time to take him out. Again, [opinion].
