Tobirama has nothing against Susanoo or Amaterasu. All he can do is Water Release which Sasuke's lightning release beats plus amaterasu. One susanoo arrow - Tobirama dead.

hashirama is known for his rich life force, that is what makes him special and that is why he is very good mokuton user.

There is no way sasuke could solo Tobirama, there is way too much experience fighting uchiha under his belt. Plus despite what we see on the Anime Tobirama is extremely powerful if was Kage and created those technique.

I have to disagree with that for the fact that Tobirama has been in a time of constant war with the Uchihas. If Hashirama and Madara always fought then don't you think Tobirama would have been fighting Izuna who was equal to Madara. Also Sasuke having EMS isn't really anything since he have not mastered it, with MS he masered it little by little in fights and by going with the manga, doesn't make Sasuke Tobirama's level.

The way i see it Tobirama has experiences, knowledge on the sharingan way more than Sasuke, way more chakra, sensory abilities, S/T jutsu. Sasuke has no informationon Tobirama like that. I don't Tobirama has only water element, in part 1 it showed a lightning blade that belonged to Tobirama. Hidden mist jutsu weakens the sharingan's vision, Senju was said to know over 1000 jutsus. You have to measure Tobirama's power with what we seen of EMS Madara, he beat the 5 kages without being serious. EMS increase their power but not drastically, Madara even needed Kurama to fight Hashirama to ake up the power differences it seems. So MS Madara and Izuna are equal and Tobirama most likely fought Izuna with makes him on Madara's MS level. So that means if EMS could beat the kages without trying then MS Madara could trying.

Sasuke cannot beat the 5 kages which place him below Tobirama's level.
