I agree, it's ridiculous how people magically forget all that a character has done prior to latest chapters. And I'm tired of people just waiting for the next chapter so that if one of the 2 does a new feat, then that characters fanboys will use that to attack the others.
Now I am going to be as honest as possible, Minato is my fav character but Tobirama is still very good and is probably more versatile than Minato since he seems to be the one that has the more jutsu. But more jutsu doesn't always mean better/stronger (which a lot of retards here fail to realize). Also Tobirama is a genius, the jutsu's he's invented are remarkable and Minato has also invented jutsu (Rasengan), although Tobirama lived longer so we can't really judge.
But when I see people dissing Minato and forgetting all the things he did prior to the war just makes me face palm. He saved the village from Obito and the 9 tails while being at a disadvantage. In the 3rd great ninja war he single handed defeated platoons of ninja and the hidden rock were told to flee if they saw him O_O. He went toe-toe with Ay and Bee without breaking a sweat and he's the fasted ninja of all time.
There are actually some Tobirama fanboys that think he has better reflexes than Minato, this is something a tobirama fan boy came up with himself and then people just jumped that bandwagon. And now Minato is a perfect Jin which has made him even more powerful, not to mention that Tobirama himself stated that Minato's Hiraishin or Shunshin is better than his.
Tobirama may be more versatile and have more jutsu, but the way Minato utilizes the jutsu he has plus his unrivaled speed and reflexes is what makes him such a deadly opponent. And because of this I think hypothetically speaking, if these 2 were to fight, the one with the greater speed/reflexes/hiraishin would be the victor since. Tobirama may be more powerful (I mean he's a senju) but that does not equal stronger.
