I'm asking by what standards is it true? What canon source do you have? Narutowikia doesn't dictate anything, it's made by normal fans like you and I, they just divide the arcs however they want. Why should I listen to them?

No it didn't, as someone said earlier, the characters in the manga are still referring to the current events as war.
