Yeah so i have said atleast orochimaru has, but kakashi still has a way to go.

True, but this was only due to kyuubi chakra and not his own. he did receive a chakra boost but its not enough to defend against itachi. I will explain what i mean when i say Itachi>Kakashi chakra wise. not to say that kakashi has less or itachi has more, but that kakashi will run out before itachi

Kakashi needs to use sharingan to fight itachi. this drains his chakra faster. Regaurdless of who has more chakra, kakashi is going to run out first because he is not an uchiha who uses sharingan constantly during his fights. Sharingan will drain kakashi's chakra before itachi runs out no matter who has more chakra.

In an IC fight Itachi has no reason to start with his MS, Kakashi does. Itachi can't do anything against Kamui so he loses.

In a full intel fight Kamui is still faster than anything Itachi has since Itachi has a buildup on his MS techniques whereas Kamui takes half a second to warp a Susanoo arrow, meaning Itachi's head will be warped within miliseconds.

I don't get why you disagree. Kakashi is better than him in many aspects. Ninjutsu, Stamina, Mangekyou.
