Are Naruto's & Saskue's power up's temporary?

Well Naruto only has minimal Bijuu Chakra so for now id say his is temporary.

Sasukes is permanent

The sage's speech when he gave it to them made it clear that it was permanent, he said they would decide the future from now on.
