Are Naruto characters supersonic/hypersonic?

I'm debating someone on Comicvine who says Sasuke doesn't stand a chance against Iron Man because Iron Man is supersonic.

Last I checked, though, just with basic Shunshin speed, characters in Part 1 were vanishing from thin air.

Surely in Par 2, characters must be much faster? Lee or Sasuke ever managed to outspeed that Sound Ninjas sound cannon jutsu.

Gai however is very supersonic, or even hypersonic.
He can climb and by kicking air, create powerful shock waves by punches and even ignite air with fists.
I guess sasuke could reach supersonic level
