^^ Quite truth although I believe their prime was in the last the movie where they were 19.
They have shown great skills there, increase of power/raw power and weren't even forced to peak of their power.

Current Naruto and Sasuke are at the best Kaguya level Naruto/Sasuke. Of course Adults may be more skilled and have more power but Teen Naruto and Sasuke make up that gap with easily much better sharpened battle insticts.
