Are Naruto and Sasuke early DBZ level?

Its clear that both Naruto and Sasuke are way above almost everyone else in their universe as far as we know, but are they strong enough that, if compared to early Dragon Ball Z characters such as Raditz in their level of power, they would stand a chance?

Honestly, I think so. In a fair tag team battle, I could see them both beating Picollo and Goku by the start of the Saiyan saga and maybe even Raditz himself depending on the situation.

This is kind of negated as soon as Goku learns Kaio Ken, but still, I think they stand a chance if we're talking abou tthe really early stuff.

Perhaps, although anything at the power level to blow up planets beats them. Also I'm not sure on how fast they are in comparison to early DBZ characters.

I don't know this says much since its a late DB feat and I'm not really sure how much Goku and Picollo evolved in between the two series, but in terms of destructive power....

I'd say they can at least beat the humans. piccolo(kamiccolo) the saiyans, the Kaioshins etc. are probably still a little out of there league power wise. Although really Nappa and radditz get negged, but trunks gohan and goten could stand up to them imo

Never seen DBZ tbh but naruto & sasuke are stated to be moon level+ in AP(Attack potency). idk what their highest AOE is though.

iirc, piccolo destroyed the moon in DB! So I don't think even a tag team can bring him down early dbz.

I think at best, they could beat Yamcha(early dbz) mid diff if they tag team him, and very high diff if they solo him.

Roshi destroyed the moon during DB.
Both Piccolo and Goku during early DBZ are far stronger than him.

Master Roshi destroyed moon in Dragon Ball (that moon's core wasn't even empty), Goku surpassed Roshi in the second World Martial Arts tourney. Since then, he improved his strength many times to rival King Piccolo and Majunior. Roshi lost to KP like a fodder and Goku beat him. Strongest physical feat is Naruto destroying an empty moon. No feat of Naruto and Sasuke matches that or scales upto that.

Side note:- Radditz has a tail, if he uses the trick Vegeta used,they are fu cked

It was gag scene/feat and latter it was shown to be incorrect especially by powerscaling. Also Roshi in his bulked form with kamehameha max power, the technique which is multiplier would be easily 200 pl for short brief. Anyway I treat it as joke and rather hype stuff as latter Roshi couldn't beat King Picoolo even although Picoolo couldn''t destroy moon either.

Gag scenes have no consequnces to the story or plot for the rest of the series the moon being gone served two plot points one being some warewolf man in the next tournament that fought roshi and for Gokus permanent tail removal. Piccolo later destroys the moon a second time for Gohan and it is restored some time after namek when Kami is revived. This scene was serious in that it was so Goku would not transform anymore into an ape.

I don't think this should be the example we base this on. We've seen already that Picollo's full power explosion in the twenty third Tekaichi took out no more than a city, and that was his full power, infinitely stronger than Roshi. Plus, I'd also just like to mention this.
