I do not like Naruto as a character and plot value individual. Whatever power tier he possesses is not an issue for me. Then again, save for a handful, I dislike the majority of Naruto characters because of their lack of verisimilitude. This is the only thing that determines my like or dislike for a character.

Generally speaking, I think its safe to say that the majority of Sasuke fans feel that he is superior to Naruto. But being completely unbiased as far as the two go, I believe Naruto is definitely the more powerful of the two, but Sasuke is generally the smarter fighter.

No not at all! I always switch between whether I like Sasuke the best or Naruto the best.

Usually I like Sasuke's design more then Naruto's.
I prefer Sauce's fighting style but I can accept Naruto is the dominant of the two
